Jeanine Harriman

Jeanine Harriman is Co-owner and Principal at 7 League Studio.

Before returning to 7 League Studio in December of 2016, Jeanine spent three years as an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan leading innovation initiatives for the Asset Management and Retirement Solutions teams. In this role, Jeanine led research, strategy, market validation and development of next-generation financial services designed to improve the lives of investors and people planning for and in retirement.

Jeanine started her career as an interaction designer in the Silicon Valley, working in-house at Netscape and Informatica, and as a design consultant at Cooper. She spent a few years in Los Angeles at Razorfish and Symantec before heading to New York City to work at finance startup Liquidnet, where she led the Experience Strategy team. She moved to TD Ameritrade to lead design strategy for TDA’s next-generation mobile offerings, and later joined Thomson Reuters, where she led strategy and interaction design of future concepts for the Eikon financial services platform. She also writes articles, speaks at conferences, runs workshops, and taught a popular user experience design course at UCLA Extension.

Jeff O'LEary

Jeff is Co-Owner and Director of Operations at 7 League Studio.  In this role, Jeff oversees the day-to-day activities of the studio and ensures projects are running smoothly.

Prior to co-founding 7 League Studio, Jeff spent many years working as a professional researcher and editor.  He began his career in the archives and special collections department of an academic library, and later transitioned to digital research and editorial positions at companies including LookSmart, EoExchange, ShopZilla, and Thomson Learning.
